COMPETITION CATEGORIES

Endurance

The Endurance competition follows a pre-determined sets and reps routine designed by the Competition Architect. Athletes will complete the routine as quickly as possible, with the fastest time determining the winner. Judges will strictly enforce proper form and technique throughout the event.

Resources & Information

Power

The Power category is a One-Rep Max (1RM) competition for weighted dips and pull-ups, following official USA Streetlifting rules. Athletes will perform three attempts for each movement, selecting their desired weight for each attempt. The highest successful lift in each movement determines the winner. Judges will strictly enforce proper form and technique throughout the event.

Statics

Athletes in the Statics category will perform a routine showcasing static flows in front of a panel of judges. Performances are evaluated based on three criteria: statics, power dynamics, and combinations. The top four athletes from the qualifier round will advance to the finals, where judges will score their final routines to determine the overall winner.

Freestyle

Athletes in the Freestyle category will perform a routine that showcases the full range of their skills, blending dynamic and static movements. Performances are judged based on four criteria: statics, dynamics, power dynamics, and combinations. The top four athletes from the qualifier round will advance to the finals, where judges will score their final routines to determine the overall winner.
