Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds for services and products offered by the United States Collegiate Calisthenics Organization (USCCO).
General Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@uscco.us
- Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees may be non-refundable.
Competition Registration Refunds
The USCCO does not provide refunds for any competition fees except for the following curcumstances:
- If the event is cancelled, we will refund all competitor and spectator fees.
- If a person signs up to be a spectator and then decides to compete, we will refund the spectator fee after they have paid the competitor fee, provided the refund is requested at least 14 days before the event.
- If an athlete experiences any medical emergency before the event and can not attend, we will do a refund if they provide documenatation. The refund must be requested within 14 days of the emergency.
Donation Refunds
Donations made to USCCO are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or you have concerns about your contribution, please contact us at info@uscco.us within 14 days of the transaction.
Membership Refunds
Funds paid for USCCO membership are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@uscco.us with 'Refund Request' in the subject line
- Include your full name, transaction details, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation (receipts, medical certificates, etc.)
- Allow 5-7 business days for a response regarding your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days
Special Circumstances
USCCO understands that exceptional circumstances may arise. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, particularly in cases of:
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Serious medical conditions
- Family emergencies
- Other extraordinary circumstances beyond the participant's control
Documentation may be required to support requests based on special circumstances.

USCCO reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
